All fruits. Buttermilk and curd.<\/p>\n<p>These replenish fluids at a cellular level in a way that plain water alone cannot deliver.<\/p>\n<p>Even nuts make a difference.<\/p>\n<p>Dry nuts absorb water during digestion.
